£99 Administration Charge - Service Overview

At Ivybridge Trade Centre Ltd, we apply a £99 administration charge to each vehicle purchase. This fee covers a range of essential services designed to ensure every transaction is handled efficiently, securely, and to a high standard. The administration charge includes the following:

1. Vehicle Paperwork & Registration Support

  • Checking and processing V5C registration documents.
  • Managing ownership changes with the DVLA.
  • Assistance with road tax arrangements where required.
  • Communication with finance providers regarding settlements or transfers.

2. Vehicle History & Legal Verification

  • Comprehensive HPI check to confirm there is no outstanding finance, insurance write-off, or mileage issues.
  • Review of vehicle background to help prevent fraud.
  • Ensuring compliance with Trading Standards and relevant legislation.

3. Vehicle Preparation & Presentation

  • Full pre-delivery inspection to confirm roadworthiness.
  • Servicing where necessary prior to handover.
  • Professional exterior and interior cleaning for a high-quality finish.

4. Customer Care & Administrative Support

  • Help with warranty registration and documentation.
  • Guidance on finance agreements, where applicable.
  • Ongoing after-sales assistance for any post-purchase enquiries.
