1. Vehicle Paperwork & Registration Support
- Checking and processing V5C registration documents.
- Managing ownership changes with the DVLA.
- Assistance with road tax arrangements where required.
- Communication with finance providers regarding settlements or transfers.
2. Vehicle History & Legal Verification
- Comprehensive HPI check to confirm there is no outstanding finance, insurance write-off, or mileage issues.
- Review of vehicle background to help prevent fraud.
- Ensuring compliance with Trading Standards and relevant legislation.
3. Vehicle Preparation & Presentation
- Full pre-delivery inspection to confirm roadworthiness.
- Servicing where necessary prior to handover.
- Professional exterior and interior cleaning for a high-quality finish.
4. Customer Care & Administrative Support
- Help with warranty registration and documentation.
- Guidance on finance agreements, where applicable.
